To book a car, please use the contact form to send us the details of your trip. We will need a copy of your Driver’s License and proof of insurance to confirm your reservation.

If you do not have a personal insurance policy that will allow you to show proof of insurance, we have additional insurance options available for purchase under our commercial policy.

We do all of our pick-ups and drop-offs at the same central location. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the exact address and the full check-in and check-out instructions.

When we received notice of tolls from your trip via our EZ-Pass Business Account, we will send you a reimbursement invoice for the amount of the tolls. If you receive a parking or speeding ticket during your trip, please notify us. We will send you a reimbursement invoice for the full amount when we receive the ticket in the mail.

Our security deposits start at $250 for our economy cars and they rise accordingly, depending on the specific vehicle rental. Any cars in our luxury, utility or exotic categories of rentals will require a higher security deposit than the standard $250. All security deposits are fully refundable when the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was given to you.

If you pay for insurance with us, it comes with the industry standard deductible of $2500. So, in the worst-case scenario, if you total the car, you would only be responsible for $2500 of damages. If you have personal insurance, you can simply provide us with proof of insurance and use your own insurance plan for the trip. We offer payment plans for the deductible at various lengths and terms if needed.
